1How does pricing work?
Website builds start at $999 CAD one-time - from $500 at our early-bird rate - and the final fixed price depends on how big and complex the site is (pages, features, integrations). Then $200/mo (regularly $499) covers hosting, maintenance, AND organic SEO in one flat fee. Every project starts with a free scoping call and a written, fixed quote - no surprises.
2How long does a build take?
Most sites go live in 2-3 weeks from the scoping call. Bigger builds (more pages, custom features, integrations) get their own timeline in the written spec, so you know the date before we start.
3What does 'early-bird' mean?
We're a new studio building our launch portfolio, so the first cohort of clients gets the reduced rates - builds from $500 instead of $999, and $200/mo instead of $499. Your rate is locked in for as long as you stay with us.
4Do I own my website?
Yes. It's hand-coded and yours to own - no template, no page-builder, no platform lock-in. You can take the code anywhere.
5What's included in the $200/mo?
Fast managed hosting with SSL, maintenance (security monitoring, backups, and updates), organic SEO - on-page optimization, local search, and your Google Business Profile - plus small content edits and priority support. No separate SEO retainer.
6How can a custom build start at $500?
Because of the care plan. We build at close to cost and earn on the flat monthly that keeps your site fast, maintained, and ranking - one team building it AND running it. That's why the early-bird build price pairs with the first year of the care plan.
7Is there a contract?
No long contract. The build is a one-time project with a written, fixed quote. The care plan runs alongside your new site for the first year - that's what makes the $500 build possible - and after that it's cancel-anytime.
8What about AI agents?
Two optional add-ons we wire into your build: the AI Front Desk at $69/mo (chatbot, smart forms, booking, review follow-up) and the voice AI Receptionist at $149/mo + $199 setup. They're powered by Velogics AI - our parent company's agent platform - and the full growth lineup lives at velogics.ai.
